MOSK STUDIO ·

Pro

Terms & Refunds

MOSK STUDIO · XHS Original Image Helper · Updated 2026-10-29

Product

“XHS Original Image Helper” is an independent third-party browser extension by MOSK STUDIO, not affiliated with Xiaohongshu / RedNote. The free tier lets you view 20 HD images and save 20 images one at a time from the HD viewer each day (counted separately, renewed after midnight Beijing time); Pro is a digital license (activation code) that unlocks unlimited images, whole-note and batch download, videos and Live Photos, note text, profile and list batch saving, format conversion and custom naming.

Pro plans and validity

Pro codes come as a 3-day trial, 30-day, 365-day or lifetime plan, sold in the MOSK STUDIO shop on Kufaka; the shop page shows current prices. A timed plan starts at first activation and ends at midnight Beijing time on its last day; moving to another browser does not restart it. When it ends you return to the free tier; nothing renews or is charged automatically. Lifetime codes stay valid for as long as the product is offered.

License

One code works in one browser profile at a time; enter the same code in a new browser to move it, and the old browser stops working. Codes are for the purchaser only — do not publish or resell them. We may deactivate codes that are abused.

Availability

The extension depends on the platform's website. Changes to its pages, media URLs or access policies may temporarily break features; we work to adapt but cannot guarantee permanent availability. Saved files are the versions the platform serves and are not guaranteed to equal the author's original upload.

Fair use

Only save content you are allowed to access, respect authors' copyright, likeness and privacy, and follow the platform's rules. Stop when you hit a captcha or access limit; the extension must not be used to bypass platform restrictions.

Refunds

Activation codes are digital goods and are not refundable once delivered without a valid reason. Within 7 days of purchase, if the extension does not work in your setup and we cannot fix it together, contact us from your Kufaka order page to request a refund; it is returned through Kufaka to the original payment method and the code is deactivated. Other requests are handled case by case.

Contact

Reach us from your Kufaka order page or via “联系TA” (Contact) on our official shop, with your order number and a screenshot (please hide the code).
